Welcome to Furry Friends Waste Removal LLC! We strive to provide excellent pet waste removal services to our valued customers. Please take a moment to review our Terms of Service below:

  • TERMS OF SERVICE

    Furry Friends Waste Removal LLC is an independently owned and operated business ("us," "we," or "our") that provides pet waste removal services to residences, businesses, and commercial properties. By accepting the services you hire us for, you agree to the following terms of service ("Terms") that govern the sales and services provided by us ("Services"). You are bound to these Terms.
    

    The Customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on
    weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard, which is your responsibility,
    and other unknown outside influences.

  • Responsibility:

    It is your responsibility to let us know about any health issues your furry friends may be experiencing such as parvo, giardiasis, canpylobacteriosis, or any other health issues. We take precautions to keep all of our other furry friends as safe as possible along with disinfecting our equipment.

  • Accessing Your Yard:

    Ensuring easy access to your yard is crucial for us to provide our services. If we encounter locked, blocked, or frozen gates, or if there are dogs in the yard, we will be unable to complete the service, and charges will still apply. We recommend adding gate combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If needed, we can provide a lock for an additional $5. In case you request us to return, a $5 driving fee will be added to your bill. While we will always attempt to secure your gate upon our departure and make sure that it is properly closed, it is ultimately the property owner's responsibility to ensure the gate or points of access are secure.

  • Weather:

    We are committed to working in various weather conditions. However, please note that we cannot work during severe thunderstorms, high winds, extremely high or low temperatures, flooding, or when there is an accumulation of snow. In such cases, we will skip service for that week and resume the following week. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather conditions. If you require immediate cleaning before your next scheduled service, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate, while also considering the condition of your yard.

  • Billing:

    For our monthly subscription service, we pre-bill every four weeks. Invoices will be sent out every four weeks or on Sundays. If an invoice remains unpaid for 13 days, we will discontinue service until the issue is resolved. Please note that a first-time clean-up fee will be applied if more than 30 days have passed since your last clean-up. One Time Cleanings will be billed before the service has been completed, and payment is due within 24 hours. If payment becomes more than 30 days late, we will turn your account over to collections.

  • Leaves, Debris, and Tall Grass:

    Maintaining a clean yard is important to us. However, tall grass, leaves, or other debris may make it challenging to locate all dog waste during our visits. If your grass is tall when we arrive, some waste may be missed. Rest assured, we will address any missed waste on our next scheduled visit, provided yard maintenance is complete. If you believe there is an excessive amount of missed waste, please inform us at furryfriendswasteremovalllc@gmail.com.

  • Safe Environment:

    To ensure the safety of our technicians, it is your responsibility to remove any potential dangers from your yard before our service, such as aggressive dogs, broken glass, construction materials, or any other harmful objects. Failure to do so may result in the services not being performed. Please note that you are legally obligated to cover all costs involved in any injury caused to Furry Friends Waste Removal LLC personnel due to negligence in this matter.

  • Service Cancellation:

    We reserve the right to cancel service at any time for any reason. You may also cancel service at any time for any reason, without any contracts. However, please settle any remaining invoices. Failure to pay remaining balances will be considered theft of service, and we will pursue legal action after 30 days of unpaid balance.

  • Pricing:

    Our weekly rates are based on up to a .2 acre area. Prices may vary for yards over .2 acres and other circumstances, such as cleaning rocks, pebbles, or garden beds. Please note that prices are subject to change.

  • Additional Fees:

    We charge extra fees for certain additional services:

    - Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks ($5/visit)

    - Return request ($5 per visit)

    - Cleaning rocks/pebbled areas ($3/visit)

    - Waiting time (we will only wait for up to 5 minutes) ($5/visit)

    • Late payment fee of $10 is added to each late bill. Payment is due every four weeks. Bill becomes late if not paid before the second service of the month (14 days after issued).

    1. Privacy Policy:

    We value your privacy and will collect personal information from you solely for the purpose of providing our services. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Please rest assured that we will never sell your information or share it with third parties, except when necessary for processing payments or as required by law.

    1. Revisions:

    Furry Friends Waste Removal LLC provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms, which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be effective upon posting such updated Terms on our website. We recommend you visit the Sites to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our Services shall constitute acceptance of any changes to the Terms. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
