Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog waste
removal services from Furry Friends Pet Waste Removal

 

TERMS OF SERVICE
Furry Friends Pet Waste Removal is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we.”
or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses and
commercial properties, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern
the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire
us for, you are bound to these Terms. The Customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on
weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard, which is your responsibility, and other unknown outside influences.

 

DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE
Furry Friends Pet Waste Removal offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services.
These services include One Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, Every Other Week Cleaning,
and Seasonal Cleaning. All pricing is based on an area size of .2 of an acre.
Larger areas will have an additional charge.

 CARD ON FILE

To use our service, we request that you provide us with a valid credit or debit card to

keep on file. Your invoice will be sent out monthly after each visit, and we will send an email receipt for your records.

 

ACCESSING YOUR YARD
The Customer understands that if Furry Friends Pet Waste Removal  can’t access the area
needing to be cleaned due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or dogs in the yard, the scoop will
be skipped, and charges will still apply. Furry Friends Pet Waste Removal  suggests adding gate
combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. We can provide a lock for an extra $5.

If the Customer requests we return, a $5 driving fee will be added to the Customer’s bill.

We will attempt to secure your gate upon our departure but it is ultimately the property

owners responsibility to ensure the gate or points of access are secure.

 It is the property owners ultimate responsibility that the gate or point of access is in full functioning order.  

Your gate or point of access must be in proper working order and in good condition.

 We will not move any objects to gain access to your property or departing your property.  

Furry Friends Pet Waste Removal is not responsible for lost pets.

WEATHER
Furry Friends Pet Waste Removal  will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely
do so. The Customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high
winds, extremely high or low temperatures, flooding, or an accumulation of snow.
Furry Friends Pet Waste Removal  is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds
for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will skip service for that
week and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to
pick up all the poop that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the
area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us, and we will do our best
to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee it. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your
yard in any way. If it is muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next
scheduled visit when things have dried out.

 

BILLING
Furry Friends Pet Waste Removal  pre-bills every four weeks for our service. Your invoice will be sent out
every four weeks for service if on monthly services, or on a Sunday. A $10 late fee will be added to your bill if not paid by the third visit. A first-time clean-up fee will be applied if

more than 30 days have passed since your last clean-up. One Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has
been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. 

 

LEAVES, DEBRIS, AND TALL GRASS
We will always do our best to clean your yard the best we can. Maintaining your yard is a lot of work

and may not always be in the best shape. The The customer understands that finding dog poop in tall grass or a
a yard full of leaves or other debris can be challenging. If your grass is tall when we come, some dog waste may be missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and

get anything missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive the amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible at
furryfriendswasteremovalllc@gmail.com.

SAFE ENVIRONMENT

The customer understands that it is their responsibility to ensure a safe environment

for our techs to perform their services. It is your obligation to remove any dangers

including but not limited to aggressive dogs, broken glass, construction materials,

and any other potentially harmful objects from the yard prior to service and that a

failure to do so may result in the services not being performed. The customer acknowledges

that they are legally obligated to cover all costs involved with any injury

caused to Furry Friends Pet Waste Removal personnel because

of their negligence in this matter.

 

SERVICE CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel service at any time for any reason. You may cancel

service at any time for any reason, there are no contracts, but you will need to

take care of any remaining invoices. Failure to pay any remaining balances

is considered theft of service, and we will pursue our legal options after

thirty days of a balance being unpaid, including sending your account to collections.

 

PRICING

Weekly rates are based on up to a .2 acre area. Prices will vary for

yards over .2 acres and other circumstances such as cleaning rocks, pebbles, garden beds,

Prices are subject to change. 

 

ADDITIONAL FEES
The following are items we charge extra for : 

Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks ($5/visit)

Return request ($5/time)

Cleaning rocks/pebbled areas ($3/visit)

 

PRIVACY POLICY
We may collect personal information from you on our Sites or through any other digital
or personal communication with you. You voluntarily provide information collected by us and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number,
and physical address. Our Sites may collect general information about the service you are requesting, such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and
number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior. We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use
personal information about our users for various purposes related to our business; your data is for Furry Friends Pet Waste Removal use only. We will never sell your
information or send it to third parties. We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for
purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending information to you, data tracking, maintenance, or development of our System. We may
also, share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to
establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law.

REVISIONS
Furry Friends Pet Waste Removal  provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms,
which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be
effective upon posting such updated Terms on our website. We recommend you
visit the Sites to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our
Services shall constitute acceptance of any changes to the Terms. Some of the
provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or
notices published elsewhere on our site.

SHUT DOWN
We reserve the right to shut down operations entirely between Christmas and New Year’s Day. You will be billed at your monthly rate unless you scoop your yard entirely during our shutdown.

ADDITIONAL FEES
A late payment fee of $10 is added to each late bill. Payment is due every four weeks. Bill becomes late if not paid before the second service of the month (14 days after issued).
